The Emergency Management and Critical Incident Plan* outlines how Northside Christian College prepares for, responds to, and recovers from emergencies and critical incidents. It applies to all staff, students, visitors, contractors and volunteers and prioritises the safety, wellbeing and care of everyone involved.

The Grievance
and Complaints Management Policy* outlines how concerns and complaints are
raised, managed and resolved at Northside Christian College. Grounded in

The Student Code of Conduct Policy* sets clear expectations for student behaviour at Northside Christian College and explains how the School responds when those expectations are not met. The Risk
Management Policy* outlines how Northside Christian College identifies,
assesses and manages risks across all areas of operation. Grounded in the
Australian Standard ISO 31000, the policy supports good governance, informed
decision-making and the protection of people, assets, reputation and strategic
objectives.

Anti-Harassment and Bullying Policy* outlines Northside Christian College’s
